During the business meeting on November 2nd, the church approved the process to select a Pastor Search Team.  A copy of this document is available by clicking on this link.

After careful review of the process, and prayerful consideration of potential team members, you may submit your nominations for the Pastor Search Team in one of two ways.

  • by email to Carianne@churchatcanyoncreek.com
  • by nomination form.  These can be obtained at the Guest Information kiosk in the main foyer.  A box to receive your nomination form is also located at the kiosk.

Nominations should be submitted by November 16, 2008. 
 

Opening on Church Council

The Church Council is a group of six volunteers and five staff members who meet twice a month to plan, coordinate and evaluate programs and ministries, and make forward thinking recommendations to the church.  There is an opening for one of the volunteer positions on the council for the 3 year term beginning January 1, 2009.

Those desiring to be considered for this position should submit an application to the church office by November 16th.  Applicant interviews with the current staff and council will then be scheduled.

Our next Lord’s Supper Service will be on November 23rd.
 
Bring in the holidays by helping decorate our worship center and foyer for Christmas on Sunday evening November 30th beginning at 5:30pm. We need both men and women to help. We will have cookies, coffee, and will listen to the children rehearsing their Christmas musical while we work. If you would like to help, contact Karen Funderburk by email at kkfunderburk@aol.com.

The college ministry meets on Sundays at 9:30 am for 101-College Bible Fellowship and on Tuesdays at 7pm for 301-College Night at the Radoseviches' to eat, talk and play games.  If you have any questions about the college ministry, please contact Joseph Radosevich at joseph@tcacc.net.
 
If you would like to help on a Sunday at TCABC, but are not going as a part of an ABF group, sign up in the foyer to help on November 30th.  We do not have a group assigned to go that day.
 
There is a table in the foyer where you can sign up for 2009 Mission Trips.  Brochures are available on the table with information about these trips.  Also, check out the updated ImpACT booklet available on the ImpACT display.
