Disciple Now Weekend – February 24-26
Registration has begun for our annual youth ministry Disciple Now Weekend.  This is always a great event for our student ministry.  The theme is BECOMING as we focus on God’s desire for us to better understand who we are and who we are to become. Becoming is a process of transformation that takes place as we continue to pursue Jesus.  It’s there that we find our true identity and purpose for life.  Disciple Now is for all students 6th – 12th grade.  The cost for the weekend is $55 for each student. Newcomers’ Brunch - Sunday, February 26th
Guests who are interested in learning about the vision, beliefs and ministries of our church are invited to this brunch offered multiple times throughout the year. It’s a good opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of the culture of our church family. The next brunch is Sunday, February 26th at 11:00am in the hospitality room adjacent to our main foyer. You can sign up in the foyer at the welcome center or register by email to Barbara Andrews at Barbara@tcacc.net.
Membership Class - Sunday, February 26th
This class covers topics which could not be fully explored in our Newcomers’ Brunch and provides an opportunity to become a member of the Church at Canyon Creek. You will learn additional details about our vision, core values, ministries, leadership structure, finances, staffing, decision making philosophy, theological beliefs, small groups and spiritual growth opportunities. As you sense God leading you to partner with our church family and become a member, completion of this class is required. The next class will be on February 26th from 3:00-7:00pm. Childcare is provided on request. Please sign up at the welcome center in the foyer or call the church office at 331-7340.
Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) Orientation
The Church at Canyon Creek partners with the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) which organizes, mobilizes, connects, prepares and trains the body of Christ to mobilize quickly in order to meet the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of those affected by disasters. The church will be hosting a Volunteer Orientation and Preparedness training session on Sunday, March 4th from 3pm to 6pm for the entire congregation. Stop by the ADRN table in the foyer to register. Ladies Bible Study
Started Wednesday, January 11th and will be held on:
  • Wednesday mornings at 9:30am
  • Every other Wednesday evening at 7:30pm
  • Sunday evenings at 5:30pm

Join a Life Group!
Life Groups are small gatherings of adults who prioritize knowing one another to best accomplish the group’s purposes of care and encouraging one another to grow spiritually. There are men’s only, women’s only and couple groups. Grounds Team
We need people to serve on rotating teams to keep our grounds mowed and edged. If you would be willing to serve once every 4 to 6 weeks, please contact Brian Howe at howebears@netzero.com.
